Australia
is protected by one of the most modern and stict immigration and
visitation regemes in the world. Our immigration system is comlex
and students should make use of our free assistance with visa processing
to ensure that there are no errors or undue delays.
Advice about visa and immigration issues
is regulated by the Australian Government under a system called
"Registered Migration Agent" system. Registered Migration
Agents must receive extensive training in a broad range of migration
issues and comply with detailed regulations and rules. This is to
ensure that advice given about Australian migration is accurate
and honest.
The Aviation Study Centre is NOT a "Registered
Migration Agent".
We ARE however, an authorised Education Agent and as such, we are
authorised by the Australian Iimmigration Department
to supply a limited range of useful information and advice specifically
relating to students and student visas.
We can
also be authorised by you to act on your behalf in communications
with Australian immigration offices should you so choose.
If you would like us to provide this kind of assistance, please
download and complete the DIMIA authorisation - Form
1231.
If you
require detailed advice about migrating to Australia, we can refer
you to affiliated Registered Migration Agents or you can browse
through agents on the MARA
List.
AIS Education
Centre counsellors provide free assistance with obtaining the visa
that will best suit your visit.
Please contact your counsellor for detailed information.
