Free
Counselling
AIS Education Centre
is staffed by a team of professional, very experienced education counsellors
who speak a number of different languages. We are able to respond
to enquiries either directly or via an affiliated interpreter in nearly
all languages. Our counsellors assist you (free of charge) from the
initial enquiry stage, discussing school options, selecting a school
and course, planning your budget, visa and insurance arrangements
and ensuring that your application and enrolment process goes smoothly.
We provide counselling for a broad range of high schools, vocational
colleges (including TAFE) and universities. |

Study
English
As most of the courses offered through AIS
Education Centre are CRICOS registered,
they may have English language requirements. Our counsellors have
sound working relationships with a large number of English language
colleges throughout Australia and can provide excellent advice as
well as conduct the application and enrolment processes. More importantly,
our counsellors can assist you to package your English studies with
your principle course to avoid paying multiple visa fees. |

Application
Lodgement
Once you have chosen a school and a course, you are required to
follow an often confusing and difficult application lodgement and
response process that finally leads to the school issuing a Confirmation
of Enrolment. This document enables you to apply for your visa.
Our counsellors are authorised by our education partners to conduct
this process for you. We send, receive and check all forms and documents,
answer your questions and ensure that the school responds correctly
and quickly to your application. You do not need to pay for this
service. |

Visa
Arrangement
After you accept an offer to join an Australian school and pay the
necessary fees, you usually receive a Confirmation of Enrolment. Our
staff assist you and advise you within the limitations and regulations
specified by the Australian Immigration Authorities, on your visa
process. If there are any visa problems or delays, our staff can be
authorised by you to deal directly with the Australian Immigration
Department on your behalf. |

Travel
& Insurance
Organising international travel and insurance can be difficult and
confusing. AIS
Education Centre has a network of affiliates
who are able to make all the necessary arrangements for you and are
often able to get better flight ticket prices due to group bookings.
We also assist you to select insurance that is suitable for your experience
in Australia and will be useful should you need to use it. |

Accommodation
&Homestay Programme
Accommodation is a key issue in the success of an overseas study experience.
AIS
Education Centre has handled accommodation
for over 2,000 international students and travelers from around the
world and has a wide network of excellent homestays and other types
of accommodation. All students using our accommodation placement services
receive on-going support to ensure the stability and happiness of
their home life.

Support
All clients of AIS
Education Centre (that is anyone who
has used our services to enrol into an education provider in Australia)
receive free on-going support from our counselling team. You may contact
our staff for advice on a range of issues connected to your schooling
or your home-life. Our objective is to ensure that your stay in Australia
is academically successful and personally fulfilling. |
